My recent post discussing the effects of caffeine on the body focused mainly around my former bad coffee intake. Over at Lifehacker, they posted a link to an article titled The 10 Most Caffeinated Diet Drinks. I think its only fair that I spread the blame around for caffeine offenders.
Diet Pepsi Max and Diet Sundrop both tie for top honors at 69mg of caffeine. That’s slightly more than a shot of espresso which rings in at 64mg. Soft drink consumers can easily consume more caffeine than the typical coffee drinker. Please be aware of what you are drinking. An educated consumer would be more productive, more stable, and more fun to be around than a caffeine high soft drink user.
